Our legacy goes back to around 40 years when in the year 1984 we first entered into retail business of diversified items i.e. Iron & Steel, Hardware and Electrical goods under the name of M/s. Mangla Sons.

Having established in the trade and with the zeal for expansion and growth, in the year 1988 we entered into Steel Trading business and when the sales started picking up, in the year 1990 we got associated with Steel Authority of India Ltd., (SAIL) and subsequently in the year 1996 with Tata Steel Ltd Seeing our potential, it was in the year 2000 that we were appointed as authorized distributor of Tata Steel Ltd., for Northern India Region for their various Branded Flat Products. Understanding the needs of customers, in the year 2005, we came up with the concept of Steel Service Centre & established another unit under the same name of M/s. Mangla Sons, from where we started supplying material as per customer’s ready to use Steel requirements i.e. in cut to fit to sizes.

With many years of persistence and dedication Mangla Sons has emerged as leading flat-rolled metal processor and distributor focused upon providing industry-best service in North India.

Since our inception, Mangla Sons has continually grown and diversified. An intense service culture, combined with modern processing equipment and our customer-oriented approach, enable us to provide not only industry-best service but also visibility on order status for every customer, every time. Our customer base spans the full array of end use market of coated steel.

what we do

About – Mangla Sons operates from its 2 prominent units, one located at Chandigarh and other at Mohali, Punjab. Through Chandigarh unit we do retail of corrugated sheets through a huge dealer network of Himachal Pradesh and Haryana. At Mohali we have well equipped ISO 9001:2015 certified steel service center with slitting and cut to length facility, from where we serve coated steel in various size ranges required by end customers that are prominently OEMs. Having strong Quality Management Standard, we have qualified ACE certification from SGS group and have achieved Excellent Level every year.

We maintain consistent inventory of regular SKUs at our end both in RM and FG form to meet JIT deliveries for all customers who maintain a fixed SOB with us. Our own transportation makes it is easy for us to meet the supply commitments. With more than about 35 years of experience in coated steel, we guide customers with the best SKU as per their end product need. Our team do complete technical analysis before offering any material to the new product or customer. If required technical assistance from Tata Steel is also arranged.
