Mangla Sons has developed a systematic process to manage inventory in the best possible way for all its regular customers who consistently maintain prominent SOB with the group. We provide hassle free JIT delivery and work with the customers to reduce costs by minimizing the raw material inventory at their end. We work on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process enabling customers to get an extension in their current warehouse space. If customer shares its firm schedules for upcoming months, we not only maintain inventory in RM form, but FG is also kept so that the customer’s stringent production schedules are executed without any constraint. These capabilities, combined with our flexible production planning, enable short lead times for delivery of material right to the customer’s door.
